The term ‘Bisou Design’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website www.bisoudesign.com which is wholly owned by Bisou Design. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. ‘Personal Information’ refers to the details which you provide to us. ‘Product’ means the product which is displayed for sale on our Website.
Use of Website
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website or any part thereof with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to, or withdrawl of the website.
We reserve the right to revise these terms & conditions for time to time. If you do not agree to such amended terms, then you must refrain from using this website.
Each product on this website is listed with a product description. We take all reasonable care to ensure all details, descriptions & prices of product appearing on the website are correct at the time the relevant information is posted. We reserves the right to make changes to products, prices & content descriptions on this website at any time without notice. Bisou reserves the right to not supply goods & to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error or omission. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch for whatever reason.
Please note we also take every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Bisou as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.
By placing an order through our website you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Products displayed on our website can be ordered securely through our server. We accept PayPal, and the following credit cards & debit cards – Visa, MasterCard Visa & American Express. All options can be selected during the checkout process. Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.
Once you’ve placed your order & provided a valid email address you will receive an email order confirmation and a receipt of your credit/debit card transaction.
If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock – if this is the case, we will contact you to inform you of this.
All orders take approximately 1-5 business days to dispatch.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make amends to your order once it has been placed.
All orders are shipped via postal service. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch. Any items purchased with a pre-order item will not be dispatched until the pre-order dispatch date.
Once items are dispatched they can take 3-5 working days for delivery.
Bisou Design is not responsible for any items that are lost via the postal service.
Please note for international orders, the delivery date may be signficiantly longer – up to 4 weeks. This is due to customs & is outside of our control. If you have not received your parcel after 4 weeks please contact us & we will chase this up for you. Please note customers are responsible for custom & duty charges.
Damaged/ Incorrect Items
All items are Quality Checked before dispatch from our warehouse.
If your product arrives and is faulty or damaged Bisou will repair or replace your product as necessary. In the unlikely event of this happening, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number & description of the damage or incorrect item. Please email email@example.com with all information.
Damaged/ Incorrect items must be returned unused & within the original packaging. Failure to do so may impede on a refund.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear & tear are not considered to be faulty or the responsibility of Bisou.
Everything on our website has been produced to the highest standards. Unfortunately, we do not offer refund or exchange on any items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty. If this is the case please follow details above.
Feedback & Complaints
We welcome any form of feedback to help us improve our service. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our company please email firstname.lastname@example.org & we will endeavour to respond to all emails within 5 working days.
Bisou shall have no liability for any failure to delivery goods, or any delay in delivery of goods, or any damage to goods caused by any of the following evets or circumstances: Acts of God, floods, riots, fire, drought.
These terms & conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you servies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
