MONOGRAMMING

At Bisou we want to make everything personal to you. Allow our monogramming team to enhance your purchase with our bespoke personalisation service.

All monogramming is done in Times New Roman. Items can be stamped with up to 4 letters free of charge. Every additional letter is charged at €5 per letter. Please note on some smaller items (card holders, phone covers) more than 2-3 letters is not possible. We do all our monogramming in capital letters, unfortunately it is not possible to stamp in lower case.

Please note our mock croc surface is uneven and due to the variation on this surface slight alterations may occur in monogramming.

Bisou will determine the appropriate size & location for each product, generally as shown in the product image.

Please be sure to be very specific with exactly how you want you monogram to appear in the “Enter Monogram” box on the product page. We unfortunately cannot accept changes once your order has been placed. We also do not accept returns on any personalised items.
